I am wondering…

How long is the production?

The Story production is close to 130 minutes with a 15 minute intermission.

When should I arrive?

We recommend you arrive no later than 25 minutes prior to the production start time. If you arrive earlier, feel free to relax in our lobby areas and cafe.

Where do I park?

Parking is limited on the NorthCreek Campus. We encourage you to park across the street at our Centre Pointe lot. Please use the crosswalk at Ygnacio Valley Rd. and Wimbledon Rd.

Why is there a fee to attend an event at a church?

The Story incurs multiple production related costs. As a result, we charge a modest ticket price to cover those costs. The Story production is not designed to make a profit and the vast majority of those involved in the production do so on a volunteer basis. Please connect with us if you need financial assistance, as we never want the price to prevent someone from attending.

Does everyone attending need a ticket?

All seating is assigned, so all attendees need a ticket to enter, even children.

Where are the best seats?

The best seats are in the center, halfway back. Closer to center is more important than closer to the front due to sight lines and viewing angles of the art.

Should children attend The Story?

Due to the length of the production and the way it is presented, we do not recommend anyone younger than age seven attend. With that said, all are welcome.

Are there really people in each art piece?

Yes. Each art piece we present has at least two and up to 13 cast members, with ages ranging from 11 years old to over 70 years old.

Can I organize and bring a group?

Absolutely. Connect with Gloria at [email protected] to discuss the group options. We highly recommend purchasing your tickets early.

Are there ticket discounts?

Generally no, as the ticket prices are set to cover the production costs. With that said, we never want someone who desires to attend  not be able to due to the ticket cost. Please connect with us at [email protected] if you need assistance.

Is seating available for those in wheelchairs?

Yes. Connect with Gloria at [email protected] to discuss your options. We highly recommend purchasing your tickets early.

Can I take photos of videos?

Photography and videography at any time during the production is not permitted.
